Father's Day and Birthday fun

So sorry the pictures are all jumbled. This is Reece at 6 wks of age. Crazy how the time flies.

For Aunt Morgan's birthday we went to the Logan pool with her, James and Nana. It was fun and hot and Reece did surprisingly well.

For father's day we went out to paradise with Nick's family and had some delicious food. Photos will soon come of that. And I sadly spaced it and didn't get a picture of Nick and his daughter on his first father's day. I did remember though to at least get some of her :)

So our computer died and we don't have iphoto back yet so no pics for now, sorry. But things are going pretty good. The biggest problem now is just trying deal with little Reece's stomach. Just trial and error. Hopefully we'll figure it out sooner than later. She's growing so fast though. I've tried to get her 1 month pics for about a week, but she's been too fussy or when she's happy and awake, she'll spit-up on her clothes or there's not an appt for like an hour and by then she'll be back asleep :( So we'll try for next month.  She's staring and noticing what she's looking at a lot more now. The other day I had a dangling toy that she just gazed at as soon as I hung it up for her. She also rolled over to her side twice that day. I don't think it was intentional but she still did it none the less :)  And yesterday I think she smiled at me, probably just gas but I'm taking it:)  She's so dang cute and getting more beautiful every time I look at her. She still has all her hair. None lost yet and at times I think it's getting lighter in color. We'll see.  So I"ll try and post pics when I can get things going.

4 WEEKS!!

Time is flying! She's 4 weeks old already. To celebrate, we went to the pool with some friends of mine (Don't worry, she didn't go in, too many germs :)) She did so well, thanks to the amazing compact stroller grandma gave me for my birthday. Thanks again, It's wonderful :)

She's had some intestinal issues, as most babies do I'm finding out :) I took her to the doctors on Monday to see what we can do to help her because she's so uncomfortable. He started her on miralax and pear juice and hopefully that combo will regulate her. No luck yet but hopefully she just needs a little more time on it :( But while we were there they weighed her again...9 lbs 2 oz. She's growing nicely. They didn't measure her height but she's seeming taller :)

3 Weeks!

It's crazy how fast time is going. Today Reece is already 3 weeks old. We love her so much and are so thankful for her and the joy she brings into our home.

As you can see, she likes to sleep during the day. She's had some stomach issues lately. We switched her formula to see if it would help. She's still trying to adjust to the change right now, but hopefully this type will work for her and she can start feeling better and stay asleep at night :)

Birthday and other quick pics

So they're a little out of order but still fun non-the-less.

My birthday fun! The day started out great. Nick got up, showered and headed to work, or so I thought...15 minutes later he showed up with Angies breakfast take out and informed me he acutally wasn't working today so we were able to spend it together. And if that wasn't enough, he got me a ipod touch. That thing is awesome. He's so sweet. Then that night my sweet mama had a steak cookout and dear James and Morgan were sweet enough to bring a delcious birthday cake. The best flavor, white with raspberry filling. It was a great day!

2 wk Dr appt and Memorial Day

Grandpa and Grandma Roskelley had a delicious steak cookout for memorial day. We then had a wicked game of kick ball and the park next door! It was a blast, although being only 2 weeks since Reece was born, I definately was filling it, not quite up to par :)

Last Tuesday she was 2 weeks old. I can't believe how fast it's going! She had her 2 week doctor's appointment yesterday. She did so good. She's growing nicely. Shed gained a pound since birth, up to 8 lbs 0.5 oz and has grown about 2 inches, she now 20 1/4 inch long from 18 1/2. All that food she's consuming is effective :) She's in the 25% percentile for her weight and height (perfect petite little thing) and her head is 55% percentile :0 That's right :) She's such a sweet, beautiful little girl and we're so blessed to have her in out lives!

Just sprawled in the shade at first dam while daddy went golf ball hunting :) She enjoyed, just a taste of Bear Lake, I thing she'll do great :)
