Haynes' Visit and Father's Day

My sister Rachel and her family came down from Montana to visit for the week. It was so wonderful having them here. We had an enjoyable week and Reece loved the company of little minis her size to attack, Sorry again Bridger for the body slams :) She kept going to give him a hug and would then body slam him to the ground. Funniest thing although he wasn't a fan :) And thanks Jax Man for all the help!! We went to Newton Dam fishing and boating. I forgot my camera so you can join in the fun but it was an adventure :)
We attempted to feed the ducks at First Dam. It was odd but they weren't hungry for out bread. But don't worry it still was used. Reece and Bridger were eating it instead of throwing :)The kids loved the jumpoline :) They played surprisingly well together

Reece loosing her footing, again... SURPRISE :)
Jaxon posing for the camera

Shocker, she's fallen again :) But she was having fun so that's all that matters

We hit up the Aquatic Center. It was rather busy and quite hot but the kids still enjoyed it
As soon as we walked in the door she crashed. I didn't even get a chance to change her before.
They enjoyed the cheese balls! Reece thought she'd down a few right before she went swimming.
The kids loved playing on the the ride on toys i the driveway. For some reason though Reece kept trying to get in threw the window instead of the door. Silly girl.
Her new thing is carrying purses around. She's such a girly girl :)
I attempted to get a shot together for Father's Day but was unsuccessful :( Either way, Reece and I are so blessed and greatful for Nick and the wonderful husband and father that he is!! THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO!! WE LOVE YOU!
This was taken Father's Day. We went to eat with Nick's family. It was delicious even though she wouldn't stay still. But as you can see, she was excited to go :)
After lunch, She was a little tuckered out :)

RAGNAR

My dearest sweetheart signed us up for the Wasatch Back Ragnar Relay with his uncle and aunt. For those of you who were like me and unfamiliar to what that was, I'll enlighten you. It's a relay race that consists of 12 people, 2 vans of 6, who take turns running from the USU Track and Field to Park City High School, totaling a whopping 191 miles. It was entertaining and I'm glad I can say I participated in it. I had to attempt to get into shape, which was good and needed, but I don't believe I will do it again. I'm not a runner to begin with and I wasn't as prepared as I should have been, so the legs I ran were tough and painful. The rest of the time was enjoyable and it was nice to get away. Good company, good times :)
This was taken when we started. Smiles on our faces:) Not knowing what we got ourselves into

This is quite a view :) I started at the bottom of this-
Action shot-quite the hill
After shot of when I finished my first leg (the previous picture)- No that's not a smile like you'd think, Almost passed out. Nick had to push me into the car

Here's a view of Nick's third leg. This is only about at his half way mark. I ran right after him so I wasn't able to get one of when he finished but you get the idea of how high we were. The top still had plenty of snow.
Here he is running is first leg. He did amazing!! Run baby Run
Getting ready to run his leg

Patiently waiting for our next leg to arrive
Our van, VAN 2 of the ragnar crew "Cirque du Sore legs"-and couldn't have been more true:) This shot was taken right after we all ran through the finish line. We all received a medal which of coarse made it all worth it

Birthday and random shots

Saturday I turned 27, sad I know :) It was a great day though, Nick had work off so we were able to spend time together, which is always a joy. We woke up and went for a run (yes, Ragnar is this weekend and no, I'm not ready at all nor am I excited) and then we went golfing. Actually Nick, James and Dan went golfing and the ladies just tagged along for company. Reece does love running up and down the fair way with minimal boundries. It was pretty good weather, minus the slight sprinkle and slight breeze but nothing we couldn't handle:) Then we met up with Nick's fam for some delicious lunch at The Elements Resturant. Later we went for a snow cone (of coarse) and then had a yummy cookout in our backyard. Thanks to all who helped with food and for the wonderful gifts and company!! It was a great day!
Reece enjoyed the ice cream and cake. Morgan was sweet enough to make a delightful cake that we all didn't seem to mind :)
Reece loving the greens :) Note that she does have a set of keys in each hand...hence the giant grin :)

Beautiful Girl
Love this...showing her attitude :)
Her hair is lightening up as you can see :)
