UEA Fun

Reece and I had some enjoyable bonding time over UEA. I was lucky enough to have work off and spend time with our little peanut but Nick sadly is still in training in West Jordan during the weeks so we tried our best to stay busy and keep our mind off of missing him. Gladly, only 1 1/2 more weeks and he's done with that ;)
I caught this picture of her waiting at the door. Every time a loud truck goes by she runs to the door and yells, "Daddy" So cute but so sad. Hopefully she's young enough that she won't permanently remember this :)

We started the week off with a Halloween Carnival. The young men and young woman of our ward put it on for the kids. She enjoyed dressing up and seeing all the other kids but didn't quite understand the concept of waiting your turn in a line. So needless to say we didn't stay very long,

We had lunch with my dear friend Jamie and her boy at Willow Park. They loved feeding the ducks:)

And the swings are always a hit :)
We even made it to the Pumpkin Walk with Nick's family-well sort of :) The line was horrendously long and the weather has taken on the cold, fall chill. So we went the back way but say enough. Reece's favorite part was running around in circles. After we were officially frozen, we went for a nice warm treat at Zeppes. Their Italian Ice is so yummy:) Thanks again, it was delicious :)

And as a wonderful side note, this month we welcome 2 little girls into our family, My brother welcomed Baby Maci on the 12th and my sister had Baby Addalyn on the 20th. We're so greatful that everyone is healthy and happy. And Reece is loving all the BABIES:)

Here are some pics of Reece enjoying time with Maci. Can't wait to play with Addy :)

Fall Fun

This last weekend we took advantage of the wonderful fall weather. Nick was home for the weekend so we decided to have some family fun! We first hit up the pumpkin launch, not quite as adventuresome as I remember but Reece was entertained for a short time. Then we went to the Little Bare Bottoms Corn Maze. I'll admit, it was fun. They have a hay pyramid that's a maze inside. Reece loved it. Some parts were a little more claustrophobic than others but it was fun. I think next time we'll have to bring some other kids with us to chase her.

This was a little girl we ran into:) Reece chased her for a but, Yes that is a mullot and a girl :)
We tried the corn maze after but it wasn't near as entertaining for her

A few weekends a go was cousin Kendall's first birthday party. She had a bouncy house and everything, quite the ordeal. It took Reece a while to warm up to everything but when she did she climbed on in the house and had some fun, Thanks to Destrie for playing and keeping such a good eye on her.
