This month was great! Halee is getting so big. She's already 7 months and growing and changing each day! She LOVES to eat- just about anything she can get-except a bottle- That's definitely her last choice. She's a true Fisher in the sense that she LOVES popcorn! We can't get the fluffly pieces off fast enough for her! She's sleeping great and despite some major separation anxiety she's a joy to be around :0 At the start of the month she was sitting with some support and by the end she's as good as sitter as you can get!
So we had the opportunity to go to Disneyland! Our friends were going for a work conference and new all the ins and outs. So last minute- seriously 2 days before we left- we decided to buy tickets and go! We left on Valentines and drove down. The girls did AMAZING in the car! We left this blizzard mess and stopped in St George to let the kids out and have lunch and the weather was wonderful! Halee enjoyed playing the grass and sun while the girls played at a park! After a bit of leg stretching and energy elimination, we loaded back up and made it to Barstow before we found hotel for the night.
The next morning we let them play at the hotel for a bit before we loaded up again for the last stretch of the journey!
We met up with our friends at the beach and enjoyed some water and HEAT for a bit before heading to our hotel destination for the week.
After unpacking we met back up with our friends at Downtown Disney and walked through the shops to get them excited!
Girls woke up bright and early, eager to get to Disneyland! Our hotel was walking distance to the park which turned out great!
Lucky enough that Mickey was right inside the gates on the first day- Eliza was a little timid of him and as you can see Halee was excited too, but it made for a great start!
Our hotel had an awesome pool. And being that the weather was rather warm for Feb (90') we took a break from the park and swam until it cooled off a bit.
Back to the park but we decided to try out California Adventure. It was AWESOME! The girls liked it there a lot more than Disneyland! We spend a majority of our time that week there!
The next morning we thought we'd try out Toon Town and try and track down Minnie before it got too hot or busy. Luckily she was going to her house as we were so we didn't have to wait long at all for her and another snap shot with Mickey as well.
The girls and Nick hit up the roller coaster there! They loved it!
Of course no trip is complete without a visit with Anna and Elsa, or two or three. We had to stop daily to see them! The girls were so cute with them!
Had to stop for a Dole Whip and the Tiki Lounge :)
Back to the hotel for some slumber fun!
It was a little rainy one day but that didn't stop the girl! The temperature was great and we made it most of the day until the rain started pouring
Halee even enjoyed some rides :)
The girl were stocked to have lunch with the Princesses and Ariel's Grato. Melted my heart to see their excitement!
Splash Mountain was only open on the weekend so of course Nick and Reece had to go! They loved it. They went a handful of times that night while I took the other two on Winnie the Pooh
Reece and I road Tower of Terror for the first time- She was petrified to say the least which in turn ruined my experience but after we got off and she told Nick about it, she kept talking about how awesome it was wanting to go on it daily and it turned out to be one of her favorite rides.
We drove back Saturday and the girls were doing so great that we made it all the way back home. It was a great trip that the girls are still talking about daily!
